Custody:

M. Kraus & Company does not take physical possession of our clients’ securities or cash. We assist our clients in selecting a suitable and independent custodian. Most of our clients use Charles Schwab & Company’s Institutional Services Team (IST), which specializes in the needs of investment advisory firms. Online access is provided via Schwab Alliance.

Investment Management Fee:

The investment management fee is based upon the market value of your assets under management at the beginning of each calendar quarter.  Fees are billed quarterly in advance.

Annual Fee Schedule:
1.00% of the first $1,000,000
0.75% of the next $1,000,000
0.50% of assets over $2,000,000
Non-profit organizations receive a 10% discount to the Annual Fee Schedule

Investment Minimum:

Under most circumstances, the firm’s minimum for a new account relationship is $500,000.
